We believe that by accident, everything the world needs is found in Oman. By design, we have built this platform to make that beauty and opportunity discoverable for everyone.

Conscious Living is our answer to this change. It is the belief that we can have a high-tech future without losing our "slow" roots. It is about being aware of our impact on the planet while still embracing the innovations of tomorrow.
We believe Oman is the perfect place to show the world how this works. Here, you can find a space launch center and a 500-year-old tradition of hospitality in the same day. That balance is what we call Conscious Living.

the Origin: A Discovery in the Remote
This platform was not born in an office. It was born in the most remote places of the Sultanate—under the water and in the silence of the desert.
The founder, H. Nijssen, discovered a world that many people never see. Through camping and diving, he experienced the "slow pace" and the deep peace of the Omani landscape. This discovery led to a simple question: How can we share this beauty with the world in a way that respects it?
The answer is OMAN My Beautiful Destination. We are a bridge. We take the lessons of the Omani people—politeness, friendliness, and a rich history—and we apply them to the digital world.
Vision
Life on our planet is changing. Technological evolutions impact our lifestyles and those of future generations. We must safeguard the beauty of our planet and create nature awareness. Oman can play an exemplary role.
Mission
Our mission is to reach minds and hearts of persons of the world by showing the beauty of Oman and its people. This will contribute to positive thinking, sustainability, different mindsets in general.
Our Inspiration: The Colors of Nature
The visual identity of OMANMBD is a direct tribute to the landscape of the Sultanate. Nature is our primary source of inspiration, and our colors reflect this connection:
The Desert and the Sea: Our branding uses the warm tones of the Omani sands and the deep, vibrant blues of the Arabian Sea.
Symbolism: These colors represent the balance of Oman—the stability and history of the land, and the infinite opportunity and flow of the water.
The Omani People: the colors represent also the deep strength of the Omani, while the lack of aggressivity in the colors stand for their kindness.
Our Motivation: The Omani Character
Oman is a precious country with untouched nature and a traditional lifestyle that moves at a "slow pace." In a fast-moving world, this pace is a luxury. We are motivated by the Omani people, who are known for being peaceful, friendly, and deeply rooted in their culture.
How is it possible that Oman maintains such good relationships with so many different countries? We believe the answer lies in:

I want to particularly thank my dear friends who first initiated me into camping and helped me discover the wonderful underwater world of Oman in its most remote places. It was in those quiet moments, far from the city, that I realized the world needed to see the true beauty of this destination.
