Under its 2026-2029 Strategic Plan, the UNDP uses Digital and AI transformation as primary accelerators to help Oman meet its Sustainable Development Goals. The partnership focuses on building an agile government apparatus that can adopt innovation while protecting the environment.

  • Climate Action: Translating global commitments from the Paris Agreement into effective local action within Omani governorates.

  • Social Protection: Working with the Sultanate to refine social safety nets and ensure prosperity reaches all layers of society.
