The Briefing: Five cracked individual players will almost always lose to a disciplined team that actually knows how to trade kills. We break down how to stop arguing over stats, how to structure actual roles (IGL, Entry, Support), and how to practice team crossfires so you stop getting picked apart one by one.
The Core Rules:
Role Discipline: Play your job, not your ego. The In-Game Leader (IGL) makes the call, and everyone follows it instantly—even if it’s a bad call, executing it together is better than hesitating. The Entry Fragger clears the space, and the Support locks down the trade kill.
Crossfire Architecture: Stop baiting each other and stacking the same choke point. Good teams anchor opposing angles so that if an enemy pushes your teammate, they are completely exposed to your line of sight. They shouldn't be able to take a single 1v1 without getting traded out.
The Winning Move: Establish a strict 3-second communication protocol. Keep the comms clean so players can actually hear game audio. Callouts must contain three things only: Who (enemy name/character), How many, and Absolute location (e.g., "Two pushing mid-gate"). Leave the screaming and complaining for after the match.
