As fellow maritime nations with strategic geographic locations, Cyprus and Oman share a partnership focused on maritime security, tourism, and regional stability. Cyprus serves as Oman's gateway to the European Union's Mediterranean framework, while Oman provides Cyprus with a stable partner in the Gulf. In 2026, the mission is focused on integrating Omani logistics with Mediterranean shipping corridors and fostering elite tourism exchanges between the two "islands of stability.
