When YOU Win
When you win in Fortnite, “Victory Royale” appears, meaning you’re the last player or team standing.
After winning:

Being outside the safe zone in the storm slowly damages your health, and the damage increases as the game progresses. You can use Bandages or a Medkit to survive for a short time if you're stuck in the storm, but it’s always better to stay inside the safe zone.
